One co-founder is the Chief Creative Operator with extensive experience in branding, UX/UI, app and web design with over 16 years experience in digital and print media in the advertising and fashion industries, amongst others . He is currently a Creative Director and golf instructor in Tokyo. He and the other co-founder started the Tokyo International Golf Academy together in March 2015. He has been involved in the golf community, respectfully, for over 20 years.

One, co-founder and Managing Partner, has over 18 years experience teaching in the golf industry. He 
previously ran his own golf school and started his own golf apparel company in the UAE prior to moving to Tokyo to co-found the previously mentioned golf academy. He has a corporate background in aviation securities and management.

We are new tech start up building innovative mobile apps that allow sport enthusiasts the chance to grow their respected communities and stay connected with ease all around the world; while saving money in the process. We will bring the advantages of many different online services and apps into one product that focuses on one sporting activity's global community. We have started with the Golf Partners app because the founders already work in the industry and know the community. We will use tour first app as a model for the next apps which will be for sports and activities that can take advantage of a strong social network.

予想収益

For our first golf related app, after 3 years we plan to make ¥180,000,000 EOY in premium subscriptions. This is based on gaining at least 500,000 users in which 10% subscribe to our premium service which will cost ¥300/month.
This profit does not include the value from advertising dollars which we project will be an additional ¥97,200,000 EOY with the same number of users with the average monthly ad rates being ¥30,000/month.

We would like to discuss other advertising avenues with any investors and business partners to further our profit margins by creating alternative ways to monetize our apps.

投資家への還元方法

We would like to hold off paybacks until year 3 or 4 since the first 2 years we plan to make approximately ¥14,000,000 after any payout. We would like to have a bit more of a cushion. We could start paying back through monthly payouts at 8.3% at the start of year 3. We are looking for an investment that would secure our operational expenses for at least 3 years with our current staffing requirements.

As another option we would be willing to let investors have a higher amount of shares and control until the business can pay back any original investment when we would then reduce the shares according to any agreement we make. (i.e. 20% of shares until payback, then 10% of shares).
